Fiabilidad del testimonio infantil según protocolos de entrevista forense: revisión sistemática de la evidencia científica

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo fue analizar la fiabilidad del testimonio infantil, a partir de la evidencia científica disponible sobre protocolos de entrevista forense, mediante una revisión sistemática de artículos científicos. El estudio adoptó un enfoque cualitativo documental, estructurado bajo los principios del modelo PRISMA, lo que permitió identificar, seleccionar y sintetizar investigaciones publicadas entre 2000 y 2025 en bases de datos indexadas como Scopus y PubMed. El proceso metodológico incluyó criterios de inclusión y exclusión, ecuaciones de búsqueda estructuradas, selección progresiva de estudios y extracción sistemática de información mediante una matriz de análisis. Los resultados evidencian que la fiabilidad del testimonio infantil no depende exclusivamente de las capacidades del menor, sino de las condiciones metodológicas en las que se obtiene el relato. Se identifica el predominio de protocolos estructurados, como el Protocolo NICHD, así como la relevancia de la formación del entrevistador y la adecuación del proceso al desarrollo cognitivo y emocional del niño. De la misma manera, se observa que el trauma influye en la forma del testimonio, sin invalidar su contenido cuando se aplican procedimientos rigurosos. Se concluye que la fiabilidad del testimonio infantil constituye un fenómeno metodológicamente mediado, sustentado en prácticas forenses estandarizadas y fundamentadas científicamente.
